Welcome to Project Baseline Publisher ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Project Baseline, a Colorado corporation. By accessing or using our platform and integrated services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Project Baseline Publisher is a multi-brand content publishing platform that manages social media distribution for digital media properties. The platform integrates with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media services to publish content on behalf of authorized brand accounts. Current properties include The Hip Hop Democrat, Todd Builds Kingdoms, and other ventures managed by Project Baseline.
The Service uses OAuth-based authentication to connect social media accounts. By authorizing a connection, you grant the Service permission to publish content to your account on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the Service's admin panel or the connected platform's settings.

Content published through the Service remains the property of the respective brand or creator. The Service does not claim ownership of any content published through the platform.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok (Login Kit and Content Posting API), Instagram, Facebook, and X. These integrations are governed by each platform's respective terms of service. We use platform APIs solely for authorized content publishing.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your social media accounts through the admin panel. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Social media platform APIs may change or experience downtime beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Baseline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
